Am I allowed to have more than one account?
We allow one account per individual. There may be more than one account per household, however each person registering an account must have a separate computer, a separate ISP, a seperate email address, and a seperater Payment Processor to participate in our program.

How can I log into my account?
Log in at http://www.surfgaze.com

How can I cancel my account?
Go to your user info page and at the bottom of the page you enter your user name and password, then click cancel.

How can I cancel receiving your newsletters?
Your affiliateship in our program allows surfgaze.comto send you email messages and advertisements. You may not cancel receiving email ads from surfgaze.comwithout terminating your affiliateship in our program and forfeiting any and all earnings. Log in to your account and click the "User Account Info." Link. At the bottom of the page you will find the option to "Cancel Account".

Is there an activity level?
Yes there is. You must login and click at least once every seven days or your account will be deleted. You must also click 50 links per month to stay active.

How can I change my personal information?
Log in to your account and click the "User Account Info." link. You will be able to edit any of your information except your name and member ID.

I live outside the US, can I join?
Yes, we welcome all honest English speaking international affiliates.

I have Web-TV, can I join too?
Yes, though some programs will not allow WEB-TV users to join their program, we welcome WEB-TV users. Our efficient tracking method allows WEB-TV users full earning privileges.


Earnings Questions:

How much do I earn by participating in surfing?
Minimum Payout is $3.00. You earn different amounts for different advertisers links. This depends on the adpaks purchased. The price ranges from .0001 to .01 per click.


When can I request payment?
No payout requests are needed. We do a monthly mass payout if you have accumulated at least 3 dollars in your cash earnings.


If I have points Is there an easier way to calculate how much I have earned in cash?
Points are used for advertising only if you are a free member. Upgraded members have different point to cash value.

When am I paid?
All members who have reached the minimum payout will be paid
if your account is in good-standing you will receive payment.

How can I request cashout?
When you reach payout a button will show up for request.
We use Paypal & Egold for payout.
Fees are built into the processor and are already included.

How does the manual surf work?
Members may choose to use one manual surf or both. You may view each site one time in each manual surf exchange per day.

Why are there two surf exchanges and not only one?
Manual surf one allows 1 popup & allows ptp urls. With this exchange I suggest you use a popup killer.
The autosurf does not allow popups or ptp urls and is much smoother surfing.

Do I have to submit a site?
No you do not. This is an extra way for you to advertise your sites/products using point earnings.

Do I have to allocate credits. I don't want to pay for them.
Yes you do have to allocate credits to your urls.
It only costs you points to allocate credits. Never your cash earnings.

Without sites in rotation there is no surf exchange.


Referral Questions:

How can I refer other affiliates?
You may place a link with your referral url to surfgaze.comon your website. You may add your referral url to your email signature. You can give out flyers or advertise in any way you wish except for Spamming.
You may advertise your special PTP url at other sites. Anyone joining through this page will be in your downline.

What is my referral link?
Your personal referral link can be found on your personal "Referral links" page.
Your PTP url can be found by clicking on PTP Stats Link found in your members area

What can I earn through referrals?
You will earn a 0.01 point bonus for each 1st level referral.
You will earn 12% of downline point earnings.
Are my referral earnings working?
Yes, it takes many paid emails received by affiliates to have referral earnings show up, even for affiliates that have 100's or 1000's in their downline. Referral earnings are displayed once a referred member has earned their referring member at least 1 full cent. Technically a member with 1000 referrals that have each earned him/her 1/2 cent has earned $5.00 but their earnings will not be shown until an individual member has earned them 1 full cent.
